Green Construction

Members of the Oak Park Architectural League (OPAL) are displaying their work at the Oak Park Public Library through the month of December. OPAL is an association of architects and architectural interns who either live in or have their practices in Oak Park or River Forest.

A reception for OPAL members in the Library Gallery on December 9th featured speakers Darrel Babuk, Garret Eakin, Thomas Kapusta and Chris Goode discussing their work on display. The exhibit includes photographs of completed work, renderings of works in progress, models, decorative details and artwork by the architects.

OPAL was founded in 1988 to promote high quality design, fellowship and sharing of design and technical information among its members.
